Amazing!
Where to start….Titanic made our whole planing process so easy we had to ask ourselves are we being too calm and missing something haha but I think that reflected onto us how in control they was even after we brought our wedding forward with three months to go
We was firstly introduced to Chloe who got us the best deal and option for us … Sophie organised our whole run of our day she was so generally excited for us and all emails where answered very promptly with up dates.
On our wedding day our wedding planner daisy (same name as our daughter it was meant to be haha) we could not of asked for anyone better .. our original planner was poorly and daisy took everything in her stride to esure our day was more than perfect and ran through our day with me while o got my make up Done for some this may of made brides nervous with the short notice she had but … she had a lovely little mature was very professional and is an absolute credit to the titanic could not praise this girl any more this little angel also got me a procecco to calm my nerves while I waited in the little room before I took to the aisle 🥰 Thankyou for that.
Also a special mention to the catering team who boxed our food from the buffet and cake in the room for us which was a lovely touch to the end of the night what more could you ask for !
Really sad that it’s all over but this was the wedding of dreams and so glad we booked with the titanic we had a really positive experience and will be recommending you to future brides and grooms! Planing on such short notice Thankyou so much wedding planing team your all unbelievable! Xxx

Fantastic Venue
My partner and I recently got married at the Titanic Hotel (Rum Warehouse) and from start to finish everything was brilliant. The initial meeting with Chloe was clear and informative and she sold us the venue within a few minutes. The pre wedding communications were brilliant from Chloe and always very professional. Jess, who acted as the operations manager on the day, was also great and was always checking in to check things were running well and that we were OK. I would certainly recommended the venue and it certainly had the wow factor from our guests, many of whom were not from Liverpool and so impressed with the hotel.

We genuinely wouldn’t change a thing from our wedding day at The Titanic. From the venue, food, staff and location, everything was perfect. We can’t thank Chloe and the team enough. Nothing was ever too much for Chloe and she was always an email away. Daisy, Erin, Jess and Maria were amazing through out the day/night, keeping everything on time and organised. We would recommend The Titanic to anyone who is thinking of having their wedding there. Thank you for making our wedding day so perfect!

Our perfect day
Well where do I start. We booked our wedding in 2018 to get married on 20/6/2020. However, covid happened and our wedding was postponed. We re-arranged till 19/6/2021 again covid had other ideas and we postponed again until 18/6/2022. As the saying goes 3rd time lucky and it was. Our wedding on 18/6/2022 was perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. We couldn't have done it without Charlotte who has always been there on the other end of emails and the phone. Nothing and I mean nothing has been too much trouble for her. Daisy, Jess and Abby who took care of us on the day was incredible. Everything ran smoothly all of the guests even commented on this. I am so sad it is all over. I would 100% recommend this amazing venue to everyone!

Our wedding day in the titanic hotel was the best day ever
It was an amazing day and it went wonderfully. The team were brilliant, Chloe helped us with the planning and was so helpful and very responsive everytime we contacted her. Cerys really looked after us on the day, nothing was too much trouble and even her suggestions for certain things we never thought of on the day helped so much. The bar staff were brilliant, the waiters went above and beyond also, and everyone commented on how unreal the food was. We stayed for an extra night after the wedding and the hotel service was great

Just amazing
The most amazing day we had! The Titanic went above and beyond for us! It was absolutely beautiful everything flowed perfectly. A special thank you to Chloe, Jess and Sophie the girls are absolutely fantastic at there job and so are all the staff. We will be forever grateful can’t wait to get back to the hotel

All I can say is wow, which was also most of our guests reactions when they arrived at the venue! The titanic as a whole is an amazing hotel! We got married in West Bay which is a beautiful room with stone floors, brick walls and steel beams, so not the average venue! However it was exactly what we wanted. The titanic were amazing at responding to questions & enquiries even through lockdown there was lots of communication. On the day nothing was too much for them& everything went perfectly! Thankyou to our wedding co ordinator Chloe.

We had the best day. Just loved it at the Titanic from start to finish. So many guests commented on what an amazing venue as well.
What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were which made the day feel extra special for us.
We were lucky going to the spa the next day really topped it off as well. It’s so gorgeous! We definitely want to come back soon.

Seeing you the morning of the wedding made me feel so relaxed and I am so grateful that you made everything seem like no problem!
The room was perfect, the staff were incredible and all the people saying "things will go wrong on your wedding day", it didn't happen because of you.
We both are eternally grateful to you and the rest of the team. You'll never know how much of an impact you've had! We can't wait to return for our anniversary or before at this rate!

Don’t even know where to start! I had the most perfect, magical day for my wedding and that was down to the fantastic team at the Titanic.
The events team was amazing!! The way they set the day, the turn around, everybody I spoke to spoke so highly of the team and how friendly they were and accommodating they were, how they really felt looked after as well I myself. Big shout outs to Sophie, she showed no signs of stress and showed such maturity and was such a pleasure to be around. The twins were on the ball, both so fantastic at their job.
I could go on and on about the brilliant team and how they made my day what it is. I will forever be grateful to how you and your team Rachael, have me the perfect day, the best day!

We really loved working with you and always felt like we were in safe hands. Your enthusiasm and warmth as a person is infectious and made our experience of planning the wedding a joy! The whole day was amazing I can’t fault the hotel in the slightest... Aurora and David were both very attentive all day and the days leading up to it. The staff on the day were great and food was amazing. Overall I was really pleased with how the day turned out, it was what I imagined and more. I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting married to have it at the Titanic. Concha is totally amazing and she planned and organised our dream wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her attention to detail is superb. Weddings are her passion and she is a very talented coordinator. David and his team in the Rum Warehouse were also totally amazing. We can’t thank them enough for what they did. They all worked incredibly hard.

“We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the venue. From the minute we first stepped inside, we knew that the Titanic was going to be our wedding venue. The team there were amazing from start to finish. We’ve never been to a hotel where every single member of staff were so friendly, helpful and professional, from concierge to cleaning staff to serving staff. Alexandra (the wedding coordinator) and David (the Rum Warehouse Manager) deserve a special mention- they could not have been any more professional and helpful! They’re damn good at their jobs!”
