who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.
Payment for all treatments is required upon booking.
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, so that you can change, relax and enjoy our facilities.
Please note all treatment times stated in the brochure include the consultation period and aftercare advice. If you are late to your appointment this will result in a reduction of treatment time, in which case we may need to offer a shorter alternative.
FACILITIES AND ACCESS
The following facilities are available at Maya Blue Wellness: hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, experience shower, foot baths, relaxation and changing area.
Thermal access is restricted to hotel residents. Access is strictly by appointment only and in order to avoid any disappointment. Booking in advance is essential. Use of the thermal facilities is for a duration of two hours only which incurs an additional charge - £20 residents.
Due to time constraints, guests who have reserved an express treatment will be escorted directly to and from their treatment room and do not have access to the facilities, hydrotherapy pool or the gym.
Please note that treatments, thermal access and use of the gym is restricted for guests aged 18 and over.
Swimwear is obligatory when using the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna or sanarium. Lockers, towels and robes are provided for thermal access, facials and massages only. Flip flops are available at an additional cost of £2 or guests can bring their own flip flops.
For express treatments, body scrubs and beauty treatments you will be required to bring your own. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are available for you to use in our changing rooms.It is advisable to leave your jewellery and valuables in your room or at home. We are unable to take responsibility for any personal items.
Our gym is complimentary for hotel residents and open from 8am till 8pm, 7 days a week. Please note a Medical questionnaire must be completed upon entry.
We would politely request if you are unable to attend your appointment please contact Maya Blue Wellness 48 hours prior to your treatment time. Should you wish to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, payment will be non-refundable.
Please secure your valuables in the lockers provided, we do not accept responsibility of loss or damage for any personal items.
Our environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all guests' right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, Maya Blue Wellness is a mobile phone, camera and smoke free zone.
Please kindly advise us of any health conditions or allergies, such as Nut allergies ahead of your arrival to Maya Blue Wellness. Any allergies or medical conditions that could affect your treatment, a member of the team will be happy to discuss this with you ahead of booking..
Pregnancy treatments are available when you are over 12 weeks. We have specifically designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers, please do contact a member of the team to discuss the most suitable treatment for you. Please note our thermal suite is not recommended during pregnancy.
