To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our Maya Blue reception team by telephone 0151 482 5767 or email info@mayabluewellness.com who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

Payment for all treatments is required upon booking.

Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, so that you can change, relax and enjoy our facilities. 

Please note all treatment times stated in the brochure include the consultation period and aftercare advice. If you are late to your appointment this will result in a reduction of treatment time, in which case we may need to offer a shorter alternative.

The following facilities are available at Maya Blue Wellness: hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, experience shower, foot baths, relaxation and changing area.

Thermal access is strictly by appointment only and in order to avoid any disappointment. Booking in advance is essential. Use of the thermal facilities is for a duration of two hours only which incurs an additional charge:

£20 per person for hotel residents

£30 per person for non hotel residents, available Tuesday to Thursday only. 

Due to time constraints, guests who have reserved an express treatment will be escorted directly to and from their treatment room and do not have access to the facilities, hydrotherapy pool or the gym.

Please note that treatments, thermal access and use of the gym is restricted for guests aged 18 and over.

Swimwear is obligatory when using the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna or sanarium. Lockers, towels and robes are provided for thermal access, facials and massages only. Please note footwear is not provided, guests are required to bring their own suitable footwear (flip flops / sliders / crocs).

For express treatments, body scrubs and beauty treatments you will be required to bring your own. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are available for you to use in our changing rooms. It is advisable to leave your jewellery and valuables in your room or at home. We are unable to take responsibility for any personal items.

GYM 

Our gym is complimentary for hotel residents and open from 6am - 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday. Please note a Medical questionnaire must be completed upon entry.

We would politely request if you are unable to attend your appointment please contact Maya Blue Wellness 48 hours prior to your treatment time. Should you wish to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please secure your valuables in the lockers provided, we do not accept responsibility of loss or damage for any personal items. 

Our environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all guests' right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, Maya Blue Wellness is a mobile phone, camera and smoke free zone. 

Pregnancy treatments are available when you are over 12 weeks. We have specifically designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers, please do contact a member of the team to discuss the most suitable treatment for you. Please note our thermal suite is not recommended during pregnancy.
