To schedule an appointment for your treatment, please contact our Maya Blue reception team by telephone 0151 482 5767 or email info@mayabluewellness.com who will be able to guide you to the right choice.
To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.
PAYMENT
Payment for all treatments is required upon booking.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, so that you can change, relax and enjoy our facilities.
Please note all treatment times stated in the brochure include the consultation period and aftercare advice. If you are late to your appointment this will result in a reduction of treatment time, in which case we may need to offer a shorter alternative.
FACILITIES AND ACCESS
The following facilities are available at Maya Blue Wellness: hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, experience shower, foot baths, relaxation and changing area.
Thermal access is strictly by appointment only and in order to avoid any disappointment. Booking in advance is essential. Use of the thermal facilities is for a duration of two hours only which incurs an additional charge:
£20 per person for hotel residents
£30 per person for non-hotel residents, subject to availability.
Due to time constraints, guests who have reserved anexpress treatment will be escorted directly to and from their treatment roomand do not have access to the facilities, hydrotherapy pool or the gym.
Please note that treatments, thermal access and useof the gym is restricted for guests aged 18 and over.
Swimwear is obligatory when using the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna or sanarium. Lockers, towels and robes are provided for thermal access, facials and massages only. Please note footwear is not provided, guests are required to bring their own suitable footwear (flip flops/ sliders/crocs).
For express treatments, body scrubs and beauty treatments you will be required to bring your own. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are available for you to use in our changing rooms. It is advisable to leave your jewellery and valuables in your room or at home. We are unable to take responsibility for any personal items.
GYM
Our gym is complimentary for hotel residents and open from 6am - 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday. Please note a Medical questionnaire must be completed upon entry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Maya Blue Wellness deposits are non-refundable; however, we are happy to move your appointment to an alternative date if you are unable to attend, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
If notice is given with less than 48 hours or in the case of non-attendance,the payment will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
VALUABLES
Please secure your valuables in the lockers provided, we do not accept responsibility of loss or damage for any personal items.
ALLERGIES/MEDICAL CONCERNS
Please kindly advise us of any health conditions or allergies, such as nut allergies ahead of your arrival to Maya Blue Wellness. Any allergies or medical conditions that could affect your treatment, a member of the team will be happy to discuss this with you ahead of booking.
PREGNANCY
Pregnancy treatments are available when you are over 12 weeks. We have specifically designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers, please do contact a member of the team to discuss the most suitable treatment for you. Please note our thermal suite is not recommended during pregnancy.
