LOCATION

Where is the Titanic Hotel located? 
Titanic hotel Liverpool is located on Stanley Dock, 20 minutes from John Lennon Airport, less than 10 minutes from the city centre and Lime Street Station.

What is the nearest train station to the hotel?
The nearest main line train station is Liverpool Lime Street Station.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

What is your cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event you may need to cancel your reservation, then you can do so up until 3pm the day prior to you arrival. If your reservation is cancelled after this time you will be charged for the first night only.
Please note that reservations made through advance purchase rates are non-refundable and non-transferable and Maya Blue Wellness packages have a 48 hour cancellation.

CHILDREN / EXTRA BEDS

Are baby cots available? 
Yes please pre book with your reservation as numbers are limited.

Are extra beds available?
Yes we have king size sofa beds available. Please pre book with your reservation as numbers are limited. The cost is £50 per bed and can sleep 1 adult or two children under the age of 12’s year olds.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

What time is check in?
You can check in from 15:00.

Can I check in early?
An earlier check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed. You can leave your luggage with our concierge team at reception until your room is ready. 

What time is check out?
You should check out before 11:00 am.

Is it possible to get a late check out?
Late check-out is subject to availability. It may be possible to check-out later with a fee. Please contact reception for more information.

What does your "no show" policy entail?
If you do not show on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

How do you redeem a voucher in the hotel?
Call the reservation team on 0151 482 5780 and quote the voucher number.


CAR PARKING

Is there car parking available at hotel?
Titanic Hotel Liverpool car park is managed by Euro Car Parks and has 130 parking spaces available on site and an overflow car and coach parking adjacent to the hotel of 300 spaces on Walter Street. 

The car park is using automatic number plate recognition and parking should be paid on each departure from the hotel. Parking can be settled via the pay machines or by the ECPparkbuddy App with Location ID 685908. The barrier will open automatically when you exit the hotel even if you haven’t paid, failure to pay will result in a parking fine. 

Fees are as follow:
Up to 1 hour: Free
Up to 2 hours: £2
Up to 3 hours: £3
Up to 4 hours: £4
Up to 24 hours: £8

Electric car charging points are available on the hotel’s premises for hotel guests, price is £15 per charge. Guests must bring their own cable.

DINING

What time is breakfast served? 
Breakfast is served in Stanley’s Bar & Grill from 7am – 10am Monday to Friday and 7.30am – 10.30am Saturday and Sunday (including Bank Holidays). 
If you prefer a more leisurely breakfast we recommend that you avoid the restaurant during peak times 9:15am – 10am Monday to Friday and 9:45am – 11am Saturday and Sunday. 

Can I come in for breakfast if I'm not a hotel resident?
We are indeed open to the public for breakfast, but please note we do not take bookings as we operate on a first-come first-seat basis. The price for the full buffet is £18 per person and it includes both hot & cold food and drinks.

What dining options are available at the hotel?
Stanley’s Bar & Grill serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, offering a unique open theatre kitchen experience.

Rum Bar offers a bar food menu. Over 60 Rums available as well as local beers, soft drinks, cocktails and much more.

Is internet access available?
Yes, guests have complimentary access to our hotel’s Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel. 

Do you have room service?
Room Service is available 24 hours a menu is available to view on your TV screen.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we offer interconnecting room types please contact reservations for more information.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
We have wheelchair accessible rooms available to book. This room type must be requested when making the reservation.

Do you have a guest directory in the bedroom?
The hotel guest directory is located on your TV screen.

Do you have safety deposit boxes?
All our rooms are equipped with an in-room safe. The hotel does not take responsibility for any items not places in the in-room safe.

Do you offer dry cleaning service?
Dry cleaning service is available, laundry bag and price list are in the wardrobe.

Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in the bedrooms or public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas. A charge will occur where smoking has caused damage.

What other facilities do you have in the rooms?
All rooms have air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, toilettes, mini bar fridge, hair dryer and iron and ironing board. 

Are pets permitted?
Only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel. 

MAYA BLUE WELLNESS

Where is Maya Blue Wellness located?
Titanic Hotel basement.

What time is Maya Blue Wellness open?
Wellness centre is open from 8am – 8pm.

Thermal access only appointments are only available to hotel residents from 8-10am or 6-8pm and strictly by appointment only.
From 10am-6pm thermal access is restricted to those guests who have booked treatments only.

Is Maya Blue Wellness access included in accommodation rate?
Use of the thermal suite facilities for a duration of two hours only incurs an additional cost - £20 for residents and £25 non-residents. Access is by appointment only and booking in advance is essential.
