Booking Policy

You are required to present the card used at time of booking to the hotel on check in. If you cannot present the card used at the time of booking then your booking details and pre-payment are not considered valid and an alternative payment method will be required.  

The original card used at time of booking will be refunded. Please note that on check in a pre-authorisation from a credit or debit card is required. This pre authorisation holds an amount on your card without debiting your card. 

It should be noted that these funds can take up until 14 days to be released back into your account depending on your particular bank or building society’s policy
